うとうと
Kusumi Senbazuru, with its strong Japanese-style label and flavor image, was sent to me by a relative because they had created a fashionable new brand.
The name of the sake, "Andante," means "as fast as walking" in Italian. It is also a musical term.
This sake is said to express the desire to move forward steadily, step by step.
Sake rice used for Senbazuru is usually Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture, but this one uses Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The taste is quite different from the usual, and I think it may be my favorite of the Senbazuru brands.
