Slightly sweet Gentle and discreet acidity It seems to be tart in the mouth But it is refreshing. The brewery is said to be the originator of Kumamoto yeast. I drank it almost cold and it was delicious 😋. The label said it should be chilled 😅 so next time I'll drink it cold... My first Kumamoto sake!
