It is said that the sake is pressed and stored in winter, but the maturity and quality control is checked in summer, which is called "nakimikiri".
At Kozutsuru, 100 different kinds of sake are drunk in a single day.

Visiting the newly renovated Shigeru Mizuki Memorial Museum in Sakaiminato, we admired the turbulent life of Mr. Shigeru Mizuki.
Afterwards, we went to the brewery on Mizuki Shigeru Road to buy some more.
