A gift from a friend. The cork flew to the ceiling and I was in a hurry. It's chili and fizzy. The snacks were duck terrine, crackers, and Korean drams.

I couldn't buy it at the liquor store. I could drink it at a restaurant run by a liquor store! It was delicious!

Gift from a friend. No gassy feeling. Heavy sweet. When I went from Matsumoto to Toyama via Okuhida, I stopped at a roadside station in Okuhida and found a lot of Hourai. I was surprised to see Okuhida which is more mountainous than I imagined and I felt that I couldn't find it just by looking at a map.

A gift from a friend from Kyoto. For visiting a friend who is recuperating at home. It has a strong gaseous taste. Refreshing taste. With my favorite Kutani Yaki Chouemon Kiln teacups.

Purchased at Shinjuku Keio Department Store. Recommended by the sake brewer who was there to sell it. It is easy to drink with low acidity, but I would like more sweetness.

Inside the Koyama Shoten store that day were a variety of pink-labeled sake. Someone had this sake in his basket, so I was tempted to buy it. It has a strong sour taste, which I may not like.
