This time, we luxuriously compared Kinjaku's Namahashira and Yamahai.
This Yamahai has a gaseous feeling like the Namahashi, and it has a similar image of spreading apple flavor, but it has a thicker apple sweetness than the Namahashi, and the overall image is sweeter.
I prefer Yamahai because it leaves a lingering aftertaste of rich apple sweetness.
I would like to drink this sake every year.
