When I drank it for the first time, the taste was shocking and I don't know how to describe it, or rather, I couldn't explain it well. In a word, I remember it tasted like barley shochu, rich and mixed with sweet, bitter and spicy tastes.
After about 2 days after opening the bottle, the taste changed and became less peculiar.
