It has a gassy, sour, sweet, and pineapple flavor, which I have seen many people describe in other people's comments. It tasted like biting into a pear. It had been a while since I had had a very good sake. It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.

I had been curious about this wine for a while, and today I got it and enjoyed it immediately. I had enjoyed the previous bottle, so I had high expectations for this one, but it was a little different from what I had imagined. I thought that my favorite flavor was white, so if it had been white, I might have liked it, but as the description says, the black one seems to have not been produced in 10 years, so I chose this one because of its rarity. This sake also has a delicious rice flavor and a strong sharpness, but personally, I would have liked a little more acidity.

I think this year's Nyukon Ichidoroku is earlier than usual. Every year, the Risshun Asashibori is sold in the morning and the Nyukon Ichidoroku is sold a few days later, but this year, I am happy to be able to drink this sake earlier than usual. The first opening of the New Year is Harada's Fuyu. Actually, when I stored this sake, I thought it was safe because it was unopened, so I kept it on its side and the contents started leaking out. However, as a result of actually opening the package and drinking it, the fizziness is quite strong, leaving a carbonated soda-like fizz on the tongue with a very rich rice flavor and a strong kick at the end, but there is also a feeling of alcohol clinging to the throat, so I think the taste is different because some ingredient has leaked out. It is not that it is not tasty, but the taste is quite peculiar. （I am not sure if this is a normal taste or not.)
