I drank 99% before and 88% was almost the same.
The 88% was almost the same as the 99%, but I felt that the 88% was a bit more peculiar and had more impact on the aftertaste, in a good way.

Today is Christmas, so we had Yonotori for a long time.
No matter when I drink it, it always has the best balance of gasiness, acidity, and sweetness!
And I love the lingering aftertaste of the dark flavor.

Recently, tazake has been my boom, and this time I had a glass of nama sake.
I had an image that nama-shu was crisp and tasty, but it was a different taste from the previous special junmai hi-ire sake, and it came in quickly with a sharp aftertaste.
To be honest, the hi-ire sake had more sweetness and I preferred the hi-ire version.
As a lover of nama-shu, I used to think that nama-shu was a sure thing, but I was shocked to find that I prefer hi-ire for tasake.
However, I will look forward to next year's Tasake because it is also delicious in its own way.

凄くガス感がありジュースの様な飲みやすさ、良くも悪くも日本酒っぽくは無いですがとても飲みやすくジュースのようにグビグビ飲めてしまうので飲み過ぎ注意で、すぐに無くなってしまいます。
味もフルーティーで洋なしの様な味で美味しくいくらでも飲めてしまいます。
