Purchased during a trip to Hiroshima
Kamoizumi's Morning Shibori.
It is not carbonated but tastes like carbonation on the tongue with sweetness and spiciness coexisting. I had had it before and enjoyed it, so I found it and bought it again.
It seems that it is only sold during the season when the brewery opens its warehouse, so if I visit Hiroshima before March, I will repeat my purchase of this sake.

The first sake of the New Year was Kiku Yaei from Okadaya Honten in Shimane Prefecture.
It is a slightly mellow sake, just right for drinking at the beginning of the year.
I would like to visit the brewery if I ever go to Masuda in Shimane.

The mouthfeel was a good fusion of sweetness and sourness, and I drank it as if I were gently putting it on a little at a time.
It has a very nice flavor and may be suitable for women.
