msdtks1986The first sake of the New Year was Kiku Yaei from Okadaya Honten in Shimane Prefecture.
It is a slightly mellow sake, just right for drinking at the beginning of the year.
I would like to visit the brewery if I ever go to Masuda in Shimane.
