This is the second bottle of Kangiku. It is a Junmai Daiginjo light nigori with a gorgeous aroma. It is easy to drink because of the acidity. Every bottle of Kangiku is delicious. ‼️

I found a delicious sake! It is made with 92% Koshihikari rice and brewed with yeast No. 84, so is this the type of yeast? It is a light cloudy, fizzy sake. It has a nice mouthfeel, so you can enjoy it while sipping! There were 3 more sake of the same type, so I will drink them all. ‼️

This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Eiko Fuji. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from 100% Manamusume sake rice. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16.8 degrees, and the fruity flavor is very pronounced, although the ginjo aroma is not that strong! The acidity level of 1.5 is high, but I am not sure if it is high or not 😅, but the acidity is also quite effective. I'm not sure if the acidity of 1.5 is high or not 😅, but it is quite acidic. It is a Daiginjo and tastes 2 or 3 levels higher than the Eikoufuji Shooting Star I had before. Eikoufuji never fails me either. ‼️ I recommend it: ❣️

This is a summer sake available only at retailers. As the label on the back says, it tastes like apples the moment you drink it. It also has a strong acidity. Unlike the previously published OCEAN99, this is a draft sake! This is delicious! It seems that liquor stores have recently figured out what I like 😅. I'm glad ☺️

Again, we received a share from a liquor store we are familiar with! They said they have a limited number of stocks. This is the first time I have tasted Yamae Nishiki rice. It is a fruity sake with a nice aroma. The Kamerei I drank before was also delicious, but this Kamerei is also a delicious sake that you can drink easily! I recommend it!

This is my favorite Morishima black label. This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki, and is heated between bottles. I bought it without hesitation at my favorite liquor store because they said "Limited number in stock! I bought it without hesitation. Like all Morishima, it tastes fruity and gorgeous. All Morishima is delicious 😋.

This is my first sake brewery located in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture. I'm still not sure what Mutsugorou Sanmodan means😅, but as the label on the back says, it has a gorgeous aroma and is a very easy to drink type of sake. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the price is reasonable, and it is a delicious sake!

With a sake level of -23, this alone makes it quite sweet, but on the other hand, with an acidity of 3.0, it is fermented with a yeast that produces a lot of apple acidity. Perhaps as a result, the sourness of the apples is effective, and it is not that sweet. I enjoyed it with a sense of spring. I will go to Azumino this summer, so I will buy several kinds then. ❗️
