This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made with Yamada-Nishiki.
Gisuke has been published before, but the rice used should be different from that time.
The recipe says that they want to make the ultimate food sake, so the fruity flavor is supposed to be kept low so that it does not interfere with the food.
It has a faint ginjo aroma.
It has a fresh and quite fruity flavor! It's also great to sip after dinner!
