This is the second time for Mutsukorou-san, I believe.
This time, it's a "orikarami" (a type of rice wine). The label says it has a "gentle sweetness" with hints of pineapple and apple, but what does it taste like?
First of all, it has a gorgeous aroma!
Oh, there is also a tingling sensation with a hint of acidity! The sweetness is definitely strong, and the fruity sensation is subdued.
I still don't know what "Mutsugoro-san" means, but I can say that it is a distinctive sake!
I will taste it slowly on Saturday night: ‼️

Good evening 😁The liquor store I often go to promotes this 😁I drank a modern once and thought it was delicious 👍I think Mutsugorou is probably because the picture on the label is a picture of a mutsugorou from the Ariake Sea.

Thank you for your comment!
So you are a mussel from the Ariake Sea?
