Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Yamadanishiki. I bought it after being told by the liquor store that it was fruity. Well, how does it taste?
As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the ginjo aroma. It also has a slight bit of nigori. The taste is definitely fruity. ‼️ It is not a food sake, but a sake to enjoy the sake itself.
I have had a few Kankoubai in the past, but I will keep an eye on it. ‼️
