I drank it. I mixed a little and it blew up. The taste was not too sweet, more carbonated than fizzy, and 20-30% of what I expected. I often go to Kyama Shoten in T-city, but what I don't see there is very fresh and fun!

It's been a while since I've been to Matsumoto's Fuurin Kazan!　This time, after seeing a private exhibition in Nakano City (illustrated by Bay Stars player Maki) and monkeys in Jigokudani in Yudanaka, we enjoyed our regular stay in Matsumoto!　　Yukimi" by Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, the hometown of Shugo Maki of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars.　It is a junmai ginjo nigori sake!　　It is a cloudy sake with a slight effervescence.　It is a full-bodied, yet slightly effervescent sake that is easy to drink. This time, in connection with Maki, we served sashimi of sardines from Kanagawa Prefecture. We paired it with sashimi of Japanese anchovy from Kanagawa Prefecture.
