Gingko leaves are pasted on the bottle. It is still hot, but you can feel autumn one step ahead. It smells sweet. I drink it. It has a fruity and robust taste. ❗️ It leaves a good aftertaste along with moderate acidity. There seems to be no particular sense of gas. This brewery is also located in Chiba Prefecture. There are many sake from Chiba prefecture these days. ‼️

It said it was a very limited edition sake, and the customer who came before me picked it up and there were only 2 bottles left 😅 I have a weakness for the word "limited edition" 🙇. I was told that it is brewed with a very rare rice called Kenaiyama. It is an unfiltered, once-fired daiginjo-shu! The lid popped open with a huge gasp and a loud bang! It is 100% Tamanao and made with Yamagata yeast. It has a sake strength of -4, an acidity of 1.6, and an alcohol content of 16.7 degrees. The ginjo aroma wafts through the air. Let's try it! It is a fruity sake with just the right amount of sweetness that goes down your throat nicely. I was on a business trip and couldn't drink sake for a week, so it tastes even better 😋‼️ I can't get enough of it! I keep going back for the second and third cups! Sake is the best! ‼️

This may be the first sake from Yoshida Shuzo. It has a gorgeous aroma and a moderate fruity taste. In a word, it is an elegant sake. As it says, it aims to be a food sake, and it seems to go well with all kinds of meals. What is this? I have never seen such a sake degree of -64. It also has an acidity of 10.5, which I have never seen before. It is really Crimson Red, as it is made with red yeast! The aroma is suddenly sour ‼️ and more sour in the mouth! It is like peach🍑 or cherry🍒. The liquor store also said that it has a Sake degree of -64, but it doesn't seem so sweet because of the acidity. That's exactly what it is. ‼️ It also has a low alcohol content of 9.8 degrees. Fuji Shuzo has come out with an aggressive sake! Please try it once! It's sweet and sour and delicious. ‼️

This is my first sake from Ikedaya Sake Brewery. It has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees. It didn't smell so much before drinking, but it was acidic and tingling. After drinking it, there was some kind of fluffy aroma that passed through my nose: ❗️ I think I would get drunk if I drank it in small gulps, so I drank it in small gulps. I will check out more sake from Ikedaya Sake Brewery in the future. ‼️

This is the third Kangiku! It is 20% Yamada-Nishiki, 80% Gohyakumangoku, and lightly nigori (light nigori) from brewing No. 82. As soon as you taste it, you can feel the freshness in your mouth! The taste is fruity and quite sweet, but it is very easy to drink and has a gorgeous aroma! The alcohol content is a moderate 14 degrees. I've tried all the Kangiku! It is delicious 😋!

I found a delicious sake! It is made with 92% Koshihikari rice and brewed with yeast No. 84, so is this the type of yeast? It is a light cloudy, fizzy sake. It has a nice mouthfeel, so you can enjoy it while sipping! There were 3 more sake of the same type, so I will drink them all. ‼️

This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Eiko Fuji. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from 100% Manamusume sake rice. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16.8 degrees, and the fruity flavor is very pronounced, although the ginjo aroma is not that strong! The acidity level of 1.5 is high, but I am not sure if it is high or not 😅, but the acidity is also quite effective. I'm not sure if the acidity of 1.5 is high or not 😅, but it is quite acidic. It is a Daiginjo and tastes 2 or 3 levels higher than the Eikoufuji Shooting Star I had before. Eikoufuji never fails me either. ‼️ I recommend it: ❣️
