Morishima, 100% Miyamanishiki, was probably featured in Sake-no-wa before. I went to a liquor store and had a bit of a hard time deciding which one to buy, but I decided to go with Morishima! I opened the bottle and took a sip. I opened the package and took a sip! It has a fruity mouthfeel with a hint of acidity. If you haven't tried Morishima yet, please buy it. You will never regret your choice. ‼️

This sake is from the Fujimoto Sake Brewery in Mizuguchi, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It's been a while since I've had a sake from Shiga Prefecture. My wife's parents live near this brewery, but this is the first time I've heard of it 😅. It's not a very aromatic sake, but it's easy to drink, with a good amount of acidity and sweetness. It's close to my family's home, so I'll definitely buy some when I go there. ‼️

The brewery is called Otokoyama Shuzo, and is located in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. A familiar liquor store said that they had not stocked much of this sake until now. Since it is from Kesennuma, I imagined that it suffered considerable damage in the Great East Japan Earthquake. I opened the sealed bottle to see what kind of sake it was. It has a faint ginjo aroma. It is a moderately fruity sake with a rather sweet taste! The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees, and the word "lightnig" seems to refer to a bolt from the bolt, but it has a pretty robust flavor. I'll keep an eye out for it: ‼️

This is the newest addition to the very popular Kangiku lineup from Kangiku Meikozo. Jukinmu is a rare rice produced in Fukuoka. According to the brewery, "Everyone is buying it! I can't help but buy it. ‼️ The sake is a Junmai Daiginjo, Oorigarami, Unfiltered, and Nama-no-Marubenzake, and there is a parade of Nozomi sake! The bottle stopper says to be careful when opening the bottle. I carefully opened the bottle and drank it. ‼️ It has a ginjo aroma and gasiness! Fruity! Good sweetness! Nothing to say about it. ‼️ It's delicious! ‼️‼️

Eiko-Fuji's limited edition sake. It is an orikara-mi junmai unfiltered raw sake. The sake has a sake strength of minus 12, so it must be a very sweet sake. It has an acidity of 2.0, so the acidity may be offsetting the sweetness. Since it says beware of spurting, open the bottle carefully. It didn't have that much schwizziness😅It has a sour aroma. It does have a sweetness, but it is moderate. The price is reasonable, so get it before it's gone: ‼️

Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Yamadanishiki. I bought it after being told by the liquor store that it was fruity. Well, how does it taste? As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the ginjo aroma. This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made with Yamada-Nishiki. Gisuke has been published before, but the rice used should be different from that time. I was attracted to this sake by the name Yoiyo and the label. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered and unpasteurized sake, which seems to have it all! It's Yoiyo because I want people to enjoy it slowly as the night goes on. ❗️ La. It has a ginjo aroma reminiscent of France or melon🍈, but how is it? It certainly has a melon aroma! This is the second time for Mutsukorou-san, I believe. This time, it's a "orikarami" (a type of rice wine). The label says it has a "gentle sweetness" with hints of pineapple and apple, but what does it taste like? First of all, it has a gorgeous aroma! Oh, there is also a tingling sensation with a hint of acidity! The sweetness is definitely strong, and the fruity sensation is subdued.
