For some reason, I was able to buy this limited edition in Kanagawa.
It is made from 100% sake rice called "Koi no Anticipation. It has a rich, dry mouthfeel with a delicious rice flavor.

Sake made with white malted rice. It has a nice acidity and sweetness. Alcohol content 13%. Polishing ratio 50% (yellow malted rice, white malted rice, and hanging rice)
