Haneya is often introduced on the Sakaisen-do Channel What? You can't find it here? I found it unexpectedly at a store called "Haneya" and bought it without hesitation! When I opened the bottle, it had a refreshing fruit aroma like green apples! The flavor is as refreshing as the aroma, and the sweetness is moderate. This was one of my favorites!

On the way back from a family outing to Kitakyushu, I stopped by a liquor store I had my eye on and got a bottle of Tasake! When I opened the bottle, the aroma was quite fruity! When I drank it, it had a sour taste and wasn't too sweet! Delicious 🤤.

This was also drunk at the same izakaya in Nagoya. The Kamonishiki kafuda sake was also very good. I would like to try drinking both Yamazan and Kamonishiki again at home.

After watching Naoya Inoue's fight in Nagoya, I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves Japanese sake. I drank the four brands pictured in the foreground, but to be honest, as an amateur, I can't really appreciate the flavors until I drink them carefully at home! But the one I thought tasted the best out of all of them was Yamazan!

Triple Hatena? What the heck is this? I have to buy it! The information is: unfiltered, draft, directly pumped, 16 degrees only! My impression is that it's slightly effervescent, sweet and mildly bitter, not fruity. However, once the fizziness goes away, it becomes fruity!

This is the second time I have tasted the instrument Masamune. The first time was the most popular green label Honjozo Nakadori. I knew it... Instrument Masamune is delicious... I like the rummy feeling! Next time I want to try the Junmai type of Musical Instruments!

This is my first Yamamoto! I brought it to a gathering at my parents' house. Cheers to my dad and cold sake 🥂. I loved this so much, but it was after drinking beer so I'm not sure about my taste buds💦. I'd love to drink it again sober, but it's at my parents' house 😂. I want to revisit it someday!

The only store in the prefecture that carries it finally has it! When I opened the bottle, it was melon as they say. The aroma is not as sweet as the taste, but it has a sharpness that is typical of a 16% sake. The first time I went to the store, I was surprised to see that the store had a good selection. Eikoufuji is sweet even at 16% alcohol.

Today I bought Shichida for the first time. I didn't smell or taste much of its characteristics due to a cold. But it was refreshing and easy to drink. It was kind of frustrating, so I'll try it again when I'm feeling better.

The aroma is not very distinctive. But when you drink it, you can feel a faint sense of fruitiness in the delicious taste of rice. The white one is sweeter and the black one is a little dry. I liked the sweetness and umami, but not too sweet. I would like to try the white one someday!

Machida Sake Brewery has been on my mind for a long time. For the first time, I chose Omachi. Fruity aroma when you open the bottle! This is my absolute favorite! It has a juicy sweetness in the mouth, but never too sweet, and I loved it! I also bought the MAX Daiginjo to give to my dad for Father's Day. I am looking forward to giving it to him!

First time at Glorious Fuji! This is so delicious! From the moment you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma, and when you drink it, the sweet fruitiness is just as good as the aroma! The high alcohol content (16.2 degrees) is a lie, but it is very easy to drink! It is perfect for amateur sake drinkers!

Finally, Sentori debuts. I was caught off guard. The moment I opened the bottle, gas started gushing out and I quickly closed it, but some spilled out. Is this amount of gas too much for a fire-firing? Is this it? Is this Sengkyo? Then, after slowly letting off the gas, it was finally ready to drink. It is not slightly effervescent, but rather fizzy and cloudy, with a green apple-like acidity, and since it has low alcohol content, it goes down very smoothly. I would like to enjoy the change in taste after the gas is released day by day.
