This is my first time in Fukuoka Prefecture. It is much easier to drink than I expected, and has a refreshing, light mouthfeel. I'm doing it with grilled shiitake mushrooms. The ginger was a little harsh, so it felt more gentle on the palate.

It has a dark feeling that reminds me of a tropical country. Is it just me, or does it remind you of Okinawa? It is done with lotus root kinpira.

Hana Yuu is delicious. My friend bought it for me. Including the kindness of my friend, it tastes very good. This is my first time drinking Sake Mirai, but the sweetness is so refreshing that I can drink it in any quantity. It also has a nice aftertaste, and you will never get tired of drinking it. This is my fourth bottle of Hanayu and they are all delicious.

This is the first time I reserved a bottle to drink. The rice flavor is very nice and the carbonation is pleasant and just right. It immediately makes you want to put the next cup in your mouth. It also has just the right amount of sweetness to make me a fan. This time, I prepared beef daikon in a pressure cooker and am doing it with it.

This is my first sake. It is a wonderful sake, just as the name suggests. All of the raw sake at this time of year is fruity and great. Today I am doing it with vegetable tempura. It's great to drink early and have a good night's sleep.

I have been wanting to drink it for a while and finally had it for the first time. It has a refreshing fizzy feeling on the tongue, with sweetness rushing in afterwards. I love the refreshing aftertaste. With boiled peanuts, I'm on it.

Received as a gift. I received it as a parting gift. I think it is dry, but it is very mild, easy to drink and fruity. I'm having a reunion with my childhood friends after a long time, so I'm opening a bottle. Everyone is happy with it. It's a fun drink. This is what sake should be like.
