Very tasty.
The petiteness was not as strong as I expected. I think the aroma is sweet and the mouthfeel is a little tangy. I think it also leaves a tangy feeling in the throat. This is a sake I can drink a lot of! 😊Today is Setsubun. My family is having a Setsubun party so we are having Unagi ehomaki while eating. Both are delicious 😋.
