This is the first time I have been able to get it. There is a slight fizziness, but only slightly. More than that, what a delicate and gentle taste. It has a gentle aftertaste and is refreshing on the throat. This is exactly the kind of sake I was looking for. It is fruity and I want to enjoy this flavor so much that I don't need any snacks. It must be a delicious natural water.

Hanamup is as good as it gets. They are all delicious. This one is a once-bottled, fire-brewed sake, but I, too, like nama-zake, find it delicious. But personally, I think I'm more of a nama sake drinker.

　First, when poured into a glass, it has a fresh melon-like aroma. In the mouth, you will feel a slight effervescence on your tongue. After it goes down your throat, it leaves a sweetness in your throat that is not too strong. I went to Kanazawa the other day and got it along with Tedorigawa. The owner of the sake shop was very kind and showed me pictures of the toji (master brewer), so I was able to enjoy selecting the sake. I sent three bottles home by cool delivery and today I will start tasting the three different types in order.

We did it. We finally landed in Kyoto. I bought it on the recommendation of a shopkeeper. It smells like melon. It has a refreshing aftertaste, not too sweet. I think it would go well with light-flavored dishes. I drink it in a renaissance glass that I recently purchased, and I can really feel the aroma, which makes it even more delicious 😋.

We took a short trip to our first liquor store. It was a nice liquor store. I knew I wanted to come back the moment I arrived. I bought three kinds of Akabu because there were so many. The aroma is gentle, smooth, fruity, and has a great aftertaste. It is a sake that does not betray you. I am glad I went away. It was a good holiday.

I finally made up my mind to open it and drink it. The ginjo aroma leaves a moderate, refreshing sweetness in the mouth. It is delicious. All of Hanamaru's sake is delicious. I recently got a bottle of fire-aged Sake Mirai, so I am looking forward to drinking it again. 　Also, as the day goes by, the sweetness increases and the freshness remains the same, making it really delicious. I feel happy enough without any snacks with just this. 😀
