Really delicious. All of the Red Takes are delicious. I didn't feel as carbonated as I had heard. It is more of a rich sweetness. However, it is the kind of sweetness that makes you want to take it in your mouth as soon as it clears your throat. It makes you want it to stay in your mouth forever with the taste of just the sake without the snacks!

I bought it at a liquor store near the station when I went to Ishikawa. I also got some sake from his son. However, it is Ishikawa's No. 1 sake at the quintessential sake time. First, when poured into a glass, it has a fresh melon-like aroma. In the mouth, you will feel a slight effervescence on your tongue. After it goes down your throat, it leaves a sweetness in your throat that is not too strong. I went to Kanazawa the other day and got it along with Tedorigawa. The owner of the sake shop was very kind and showed me pictures of the toji (master brewer), so I was able to enjoy selecting the sake.
