The crop does not betray any kind of It is fruity and refreshing. It has a clean and refreshing aftertaste. The good sweetness makes it easy to drink. I want to savor it slowly without any pinch.
I finally opened the beetle. I think the acidity was gentler than I expected. I drank it with squid tempura and it went very well with it. I ate too much.
Really delicious. All of the Red Takes are delicious. I didn't feel as carbonated as I had heard. It is more of a rich sweetness. However, it is the kind of sweetness that makes you want to take it in your mouth as soon as it clears your throat. It makes you want it to stay in your mouth forever with the taste of just the sake without the snacks!
Good evening, Touchtacchi.
I haven't drunk Akabu yet, but I have another label in my fridge and I'm looking forward to drinking it after reading your post 🎵.
I would like to try this one too 😊.
At 9% alcohol, it is very light.
It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a very clean aftertaste.
Is this acidity and refreshing feeling thanks to "modern Yamahai"?
Anyway, this sake is lighter and tastier than expected.
Visited my first liquor store the other day. For the first time, I bought a bottle of Ni-Hare. The sake was more robust than I had imagined, with a clean and refreshing aftertaste. This flavor seems to go well with all kinds of food. I would like to try other kinds of sake.
I bought it at a liquor store near the station when I went to Ishikawa. I also got some sake from his son. However, it is Ishikawa's No. 1 sake at the quintessential sake time. It has a slight carbonation, a hint of sweetness, a pear-like aroma, and a clean aftertaste that makes you want to put it on your palate immediately. It was even better than expected.
This is the first time I have been able to get it. There is a slight fizziness, but only slightly. More than that, what a delicate and gentle taste. It has a gentle aftertaste and is refreshing on the throat. This is exactly the kind of sake I was looking for. It is fruity and I want to enjoy this flavor so much that I don't need any snacks. It must be a delicious natural water.
Hanamup is as good as it gets. They are all delicious. This one is a once-bottled, fire-brewed sake, but I, too, like nama-zake, find it delicious. But personally, I think I'm more of a nama sake drinker.

A delicious one 🎶.
It's sold in one bottle, but I definitely want to get a 4-gouge bottle when it comes out: ❣️
Good evening, Eririn-san. I used to prefer to buy sake by the bottle, but recently I have come to prefer 4-gou bottles. The reason is that the refrigerator fills up quickly and it is easier to compare tastes. I want a dedicated fridge. 🤣
Recommended by the liquor store, first try. It is not as sweet as I thought it would be. I think it has the original flavor of rice. It seems to go well with sashimi. My family is having chicken tempura today.
First, when poured into a glass, it has a fresh melon-like aroma. In the mouth, you will feel a slight effervescence on your tongue. After it goes down your throat, it leaves a sweetness in your throat that is not too strong. I went to Kanazawa the other day and got it along with Tedorigawa. The owner of the sake shop was very kind and showed me pictures of the toji (master brewer), so I was able to enjoy selecting the sake. I sent three bottles home by cool delivery and today I will start tasting the three different types in order.
The first bite is, hmmm? Smelly? Huh? But for some reason, the refreshing sweetness lingers in the mouth, and you soon want another sip. It is that kind of sake. It tastes even better than I imagined. 😋
Red Takeshi does not betray any of them. Whenever a new kind of sake is released, I end up buying it. But I think it is such a brewery that does not betray any of them.
We did it. We finally landed in Kyoto. I bought it on the recommendation of a shopkeeper. It smells like melon. It has a refreshing aftertaste, not too sweet. I think it would go well with light-flavored dishes. I drink it in a renaissance glass that I recently purchased, and I can really feel the aroma, which makes it even more delicious 😋.
We took a short trip to our first liquor store. It was a nice liquor store. I knew I wanted to come back the moment I arrived. I bought three kinds of Akabu because there were so many. The aroma is gentle, smooth, fruity, and has a great aftertaste. It is a sake that does not betray you. I am glad I went away. It was a good holiday.
I drank it for the first time. It makes my tongue feel a little shuffled. There is also a subtle bubbly kind of froth on the cup. It has a cider-like sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste.
First landed in Hokkaido. It is mild and easy to drink. I can see what you mean about it being a sake for summer. It is a perfect summer sake. It is great when chilled!
We received Miso Nishiki from Hanayuup, once bottle-fired, and refrigeration required. All types are delicious any time of the year. This sweetness is irresistible.
