By now, I have opened it. I'm always cautious because it's my favorite Akabu. I think I might feel a little bit of a schwirl on my tongue. The sweetness is really refreshing. It's like a Ramune, isn't it? Akabu is my friend no matter which one I drink. As always, it tastes really good. It heals me after a hard day's work. Thank you!

I finally got around to opening the bottle and drank it. As usual, Tamitsu's sake tastes like delicious water. This one was just as refreshing, and even on a hot day, it was easy to drink. After a day, I felt that the sweetness increased even more.

First time drinking. Very fruity. I also bought a bottle of Yamada Nishiki and am looking forward to comparing them. I am doing ☺️ with dumplings and mapo tofu. The 🥟 is a famous restaurant nearby. For the Bean-curd soup, I have a retort that I bought in Yokohama.

I bought Jade again this year! What a summery drink, just like rumune! Great aftertaste😃I'm having it with chilled tomatoes and meat flaky sushi. I'll do my best again this week. You really can't go wrong with any Akabu 😑.

Is it just me, or does it seem like a very mellow and beautiful sake? I'm having it with bamboo shoots, which are in season. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️

I heard it was the most popular in Kyoto, so I bought it. It was more carbonated than I expected. It was very fruity, almost like a Ramune. It's great cold sake on a hot day. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋.
