At first sip the umami, sweetness, and alcohol aroma give it a heavy image, but it's lightly fizzy so it's surprisingly easy to drink! From the second sip, it changed to fruity! You might be tempted to drink too much, but be careful because the alcohol content is a little high!

A little bit of a sparkling sensation. It has the crispness of Junmai Ginjo, but it also has a strong, unrefined sake feeling. It has a richness, but the hidden acidity in the aftertaste makes it a refreshing sake to drink.

Fruity, but not too sweet. As you would expect from an unpasteurized sake, it is thick! Since I first encountered Tsururei 7 or 8 years ago, it has changed my image of Niigata sake! I love it!

Clear and dry? I don't think so. It's definitely dry. Is it powerful rather than refreshing? The strong aroma that goes through the nose is impressive.

Even though it is a pure rice wine, it is very rich. It's also pleasantly refreshing. It's a heavier sake than I expected. I like it.

Slightly tangy and fizzy. Dry and crisp, but with a touch of flavor. I'm not a big fan of acidity, but this is not an unpleasant acidity, and I think the balance is very good How will the taste change? I'd like to drink it little by little, but I'm sure I'll drink it soon

Fruity, pineapple-like aroma. Not too sweet, with a hint of carbonation, making it even easier to drink and overindulge. You can't go wrong with Koko.
