Freshly opened, fresh acidity, sweetness and gasiness are wonderful! The cork was almost off in the fridge because of the strong gassiness! It's safe to say that I drank some of it! After a week, the fizziness has settled down and the richness and umami have increased!

The alcohol content is a little high at 19 degrees, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you hard. It has a rich feeling, but the aftertaste is clean and wonderful, and it is a great unpasteurized sake.

There are many delicious Niigata sake, but I think Tsururei is my favorite among them! I bought it on impulse because there was a bottle of raw sake! It has a strong umami flavor and is still delicious!

I like that it's a Junmai Daiginjo and it's refreshing, but still has the weight of the original sake. I like how the image of the sake changes over time as it mellows out in the mouth with each bottle.

Junmai sake, light nigori (light cloudy), with a strong umami flavor and a smooth sweetness. The aroma in the mouth is also good. I am glad to have met you because I had a trip to Aizuwakamatsu and I have memories of that trip.

The aroma is not gorgeous, but the impression is that of a Junmai Daiginjo, but the umami or weight comes later. Personally, I would have preferred something a little lighter and sweeter. But Eiko-Fuji is still delicious! It is a sake that leaves a lasting impression.

Slightly effervescent when opened Fruity, like the aroma of fruit. Very sweet in the mouth, but not unpleasantly sweet, this is delicious! It reminded me of a sake I used to like. In my opinion, Eiko-Fuji is a definite favorite!
