It has a fruity aroma and a sweet image at the moment of drinking, but the aftertaste is clean and leaves a good umami flavor! I think it is the most delicious sake with the refreshing Junmai Daiginjo taste and the flavor of the unfiltered raw sake! I would like to try other Eiko-Fuji sakes!

It seems to be a new sake brewery in Hakodate. I bought it for the first time. When I tried it, it was quite dry. It has a lot of flavor and depth, but it is surprisingly easy to drink. It's so good that you can't help but drink too much.
