Not a fair comparison to be placed besides Juyondai & Aramasa as it will definitely become less memorable. But still a premium sake doing its job well.

Again a proof I have tried this in my log :) Very signature sourness from Aramasa, but quite refreshing. Not the kind of sourness that will make you feel imbalanced. Kind of taste you will not forget, rice and fruitiness then come and blends well in palate.

At least I need to put it here to prove I have drank it once :) A very high end sake which gives you a clean fruity and premium taste. Very enjoyable but whether it worths the very high price is another question.

Found this sake specially made for the restaurant. Same as other Hakurakusei sake, they are very nice to be paired with food and will never go wrong. Fruity sweetness together with rice sweetness, not very prominent but help enhance the taste of food. Did the job perfectly.

Quite a dry one but good to drink as there is no burden. Seldom find a kimoto honjozo sparkling in the market so it is always good to try. It still gives you the fruitiness and also with a bit yeasty feel. Sharp and crispy. Not bad.

Quite an expensive sake - such a small one already costs you 3000yen! It is due to its manufacturing method - firstly Junmai Daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 35% and also the use of centrifuge method. It is clean and transparent, together with the rice and fruity sweetness. Crispy as well. I would say it is a good sake, but whether rit worths the money is another question :)

It is quite delicious as previous years. Fruity while giving you slight sourness, also with the freshness from Namezake. Rice identity can also be spot. Well done.

Comparing to the åąąæƒ éŒĻ version, its namazake feel is less, still fruity and fresh though. I think it is a bit bitter in the end with more alocoholic feel. I would like the another version better.

Very fresh sake to start with. Slight and fine carbonic acid feel, fine bubbles, refreshing. The sweetness i also fresh and come with great aroma. Slight rice sweetness spot. Not much else but good to pair with mild flavoured seafood.

This version of Kin Suzume platinum uses organic method. When tasted in parallel, I would describe the sweetness as more smooth and round, like covering all areas if your palate. Taste is still the signature pineapple ginjo feel with melon. Slight rice sweetness. I think there is bit of nuttiness in the end. Clean and highly ginjo style sake also very well balanced and give you a lot of flavours. One of the top sakes I drank in 2025!

Signature Kin Suzume Pineapple ginjo aroma. Very fresh and strong which you cannot ignore. Fresh pineapple and melon sweetness. Very easy to drink and will never be tired to it. Also demonstrate slight rice sweetness and slight umami at the end. A very completed Junmai Daiginjo sake. Worth the hype.

Luckily to have the introduction of this sake from the owner of this shuzo. While it may be of less sweet taste compared to the sake from same label using other types of rice, but it can demonstrates the rice sweetness. It also comes with rich but pleasant sourness which adds layer to the sake. Long lasting after taste which is surprising and good!

Typical JDG that comes with fruity taste and bit of sourness. But I think it is a bit flat and I want to look for more complexity in this so it can have more flavours. A bit mineral in feel and after taste is average. A so-so JDG.

Banana smell, then more lie on the sourness and umami side. Slight soy sauce and yogurt taste - need to match with some heavy taste food - like those with sauce etc.

The kind of sake you wont be tired of. Easy to drink with low alcohol %. Balanced taste, bit of fruity sweetness with slight sourness. A good match with food for sure. No one will Complain.

Quite a special one as you seldom see Honjozo namazake in the market. This version of Year of Snake sake comes with clear rice taste, clean and crispy style. Also coming with the melon banana namezake taste. An interesting style to try which demonstrate the rice feel!

Very fresh and a lot of bubbles. Champagne like feel and always good to use it as a welcome drink and start the meal. Yeasty with sweet fruity taste, easy to drink. Will not go wrong if properly kept and served.
