Drinking with friends who always hang out with me. We had gibier while drinking sake. Duck, venison, and even the meat of kyon, which is now being mass-produced in Chiba. Personally, I really enjoyed the mentaiko ajigyo. I chose Jikin, which I had on a recent trip to Mie Prefecture. They had a variety of other items on hand, but the regulars had emptied them out and this was all that was left, lol!

Drinking with my allies who I always hang out with (1) I was curious about this restaurant that serves gibier cuisine. When we went there, we found out that they have a lot of sake (.........)! On the wall there are autographs from various sake breweries, and the owner says that some of his good friends come to visit him from time to time. First of all, the Hana-yoso. Fruity after all! We enjoyed it like an aperitif, and decided to order this and that afterwards.

Happy New Year, so here is the first bottle. I was looking for the Hanayosu, but was unable to buy it, so I bought this one. Compared to the fruity Hana-yosuyu, it is a bit spicier and has a traditional sake taste. This is good.

It was already empty, but the original was white. I was so excited to buy it, and then I opened the bottle ‼️ and opened the cork, and shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ‼️‼️ ...... I shook it somewhere on the way home, didn't I? It was actually my first time, but it was drier and tangier and less fizzy and sweeter than I expected. I finished it while thinking it was surprising ...... against the cuteness of the label.

The inside of the refrigerator, which is even just a small space, was finally reaching its limit, so I opened the bottle while developing the "mottainai" (what a waste) syndrome. Every time I get a bottle of Shinsei, I make the mysterious excuse that "there are plenty of other sake breweries' sake that are also delicious. ...... But when I drink it, I still feel a different kind of deliciousness. ...... It is refreshing, in a good way, like drinking a Ramune or something like that. I'm not going to throw away the bottle because it's a waste. The first thing to do is to make sure that you have a good idea of what you're looking for. I'd like to keep the packaging separate and clean if possible.

This is a sake that I personally consider to be the origin of Japanese sake. Although it is produced by Asahi Shuzo, famous for its Kubota brand, it is a strange sake that is only sold in supermarkets in Niigata Prefecture and only in 180ml bottles. It is supposed to be fruity and gorgeous, yet somehow light. I still like it. ............

I bought it when I heard that it had entered my favorite restaurant, Mekada. Oddly enough, it is a continuation of the Toyama series. As I heard it was fresh, it was refreshing and easy to drink. It may be similar to Sengoku in terms of sensation. It seems to go well on its own or with Western-style snacks.

Lineup of home-drinking party with friends: A friend of mine brought He bought it on a business trip to Toyama. It is a new product from the Ginban Shuzo brewery, and is apparently not sold very often outside of Toyama. It is a little dry, as is typical of northern Japan, but because it is a junmai daiginjo, it is very easy to drink. He finished it in a blink of an eye.
