I bought this sake because it was unfamiliar to me. It seems that the brewery was established by the toji who used to make Daishinshu as an independent brewery.
It is delicious, but a little expensive.
Obtained at Ponshu-kan during a stopover in Niigata the month before last. Knot Packing bill.
It tastes like a combination of the latest fad and old-fashioned Niigata sake, mellow but with a lightness that is unique to Niigata. I'd like to drink Kafuda sake someday. ......
Finally opened a bottle of Flax Cat Sparkling, which had been left out of the bottle (?). Finally, I opened a bottle of Flax Cat Sparkling, which I had been avoiding drinking (?). This is the second bottle of Niimasa Sparkling.
The fruity, white wine-like taste and the shwashiness is delicious! I thought I'd try ...... before it lost its flavor, but I finished it in two days. ......
The Junmai Ginjo Masanochi was a personal hit, so I continued to purchase it.
It has a clearer and more refreshing taste than Junmai Ginjo. Personally, I prefer the Junmai Ginjo.
I bought it when I heard that Shimadaya in Eki-naka had started handling Saku.
It has no peculiarities in a good sense, and the sweetness of the rice makes it easy to drink! I finished it in no time.
Craft beer for a change!
I had to make a stop in Niigata and went into an izakaya in the train station, but the sake lineup didn't appeal to me. ......
I looked at the back of the menu and found Yoshinogawa's Setaya Craft Beer. Since I was in the mood for a beer, I decided to try a Weizen.
As the label said, it was fruity! There is no bitterness characteristic of beer, but rather a sweetness unique to the yeast.
I also bought a bottle of sake from another brewery, which I plan to open soon.
Drinking with friends who always hang out together.
I chose this restaurant ...... because it really has everything. I was already in a good mood at this point, but the restaurant, counter and tables were all full. There were many customers who had been turned away because the restaurant was full, and I was convinced that it was a popular restaurant even though it was located behind a station in the Chiba Prefecture region. I finished off with Tobiroki and TKG. Thank you very much for the meal.
Good evening, Kinoko 😃.
I'm very interested in this restaurant! I'm really interested in this one 😍It must be a popular restaurant!
We both grew up in Chiba, so I'm curious to know where it is 🤔.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I was supposed to come here for the gibier dishes, but the beverage menu was full of sake... 🍶I ended up drinking so much lol!
I see you are from Chiba! This is Kushiyaki Onoda near Shimofusa-Nakayama station!
Drinking with my friends who I always hang out with (3)
Actually, this store seems to have even No.6 of Shinmasa, but it's not sold by the glass! It is not sold by the glass, but by the bottle. ...... I was afraid to ask the price, so I chose Nabeshima, my personal number one easy-drinking brand.
Drinking with friends who always hang out with me.
We had gibier while drinking sake. Duck, venison, and even the meat of kyon, which is now being mass-produced in Chiba. Personally, I really enjoyed the mentaiko ajigyo.
I chose Jikin, which I had on a recent trip to Mie Prefecture. They had a variety of other items on hand, but the regulars had emptied them out and this was all that was left, lol!
Drinking with my allies who I always hang out with (1)
I was curious about this restaurant that serves gibier cuisine. When we went there, we found out that they have a lot of sake (.........)! On the wall there are autographs from various sake breweries, and the owner says that some of his good friends come to visit him from time to time.
First of all, the Hana-yoso. Fruity after all! We enjoyed it like an aperitif, and decided to order this and that afterwards.
Continuing with the second bottle.
I thought I saw an unfamiliar level at ......, but I heard that the name of the brewery had changed. I was told that the contents are the same, so I bought a Junmai Daiginjo.
I had had the Junmai-Daiginjo before, but I don't think I felt the acidity as much as I did then.
Happy New Year, so here is the first bottle.
I was looking for the Hanayosu, but was unable to buy it, so I bought this one. Compared to the fruity Hana-yosuyu, it is a bit spicier and has a traditional sake taste. This is good.
Happy New Year to you, Kinoko 🌅 and I look forward to working with you in the new year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
You're too sweet for us 😅I think you'd be better suited to Indigo Township here 🤗.
Happy New Year! I hope you have a great year🙇.
Hanayo is gorgeous! Ai-no-Sato feels like old-fashioned sake, and this one is probably more familiar to me lol.
It was already empty, but the original was white.
I was so excited to buy it, and then I opened the bottle ‼️ and opened the cork, and shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ‼️‼️
...... I shook it somewhere on the way home, didn't I?
It was actually my first time, but it was drier and tangier and less fizzy and sweeter than I expected. I finished it while thinking it was surprising ...... against the cuteness of the label.
It's my first Hakurakusei, after all!
The aroma spreads when you take a sip, but after that, you can drink it easily. ......It's a new frontier, I thought. ......
The inside of the refrigerator, which is even just a small space, was finally reaching its limit, so I opened the bottle while developing the "mottainai" (what a waste) syndrome.
Every time I get a bottle of Shinsei, I make the mysterious excuse that "there are plenty of other sake breweries' sake that are also delicious. ...... But when I drink it, I still feel a different kind of deliciousness. ...... It is refreshing, in a good way, like drinking a Ramune or something like that. I'm not going to throw away the bottle because it's a waste.
The first thing to do is to make sure that you have a good idea of what you're looking for. I'd like to keep the packaging separate and clean if possible.
This is a sake that I personally consider to be the origin of Japanese sake. Although it is produced by Asahi Shuzo, famous for its Kubota brand, it is a strange sake that is only sold in supermarkets in Niigata Prefecture and only in 180ml bottles.
It is supposed to be fruity and gorgeous, yet somehow light. I still like it. ............
Hi Kinoko, first time here😃I saw it at a LAWSON in Shimokuri around summer. After seeing Kinoko's review, I want to buy it next time I find it in the city. ❗️ I would like to drink it. ❗️
Hi Kotori, nice to meet you. ‼️
Oh, I see that there is a place in Utsunomiya City that carries it: ⁉️
The description says "bouquet-like aroma and fruity juiciness", so it's quite easy to drink. ......‼️
