The inside of the refrigerator, which is even just a small space, was finally reaching its limit, so I opened the bottle while developing the "mottainai" (what a waste) syndrome.
Every time I get a bottle of Shinsei, I make the mysterious excuse that "there are plenty of other sake breweries' sake that are also delicious. ...... But when I drink it, I still feel a different kind of deliciousness. ...... It is refreshing, in a good way, like drinking a Ramune or something like that. I'm not going to throw away the bottle because it's a waste.
The first thing to do is to make sure that you have a good idea of what you're looking for. I'd like to keep the packaging separate and clean if possible.
