Originally, this Junmai Daiginjo sake was to be carried on JAL international flights in business class during the year of the 2020 Olympics, and was to be introduced to people around the world.
Now that flights are no longer possible due to the effects of the new coronavirus, they have decided to sell the sake in order to introduce it to everyone.
On the third day after opening the bottle, it was sweet and delicious.
The bitterness is low, and the sourness is about the same as a sweet treat.
Not much semedyne smell.

And this time, it is said that "Yamawaboshi" was put on the market for a long time at the special dealers all over the country.
Yamawaboshi" is brewed by Yamawa Shuzo and Shinzawa Jyoten in turns one year at a time.
This year, it is brewed by Shinzawa Brewery.
Speaking of Shinzawa Jyoten, aren't they the same brewery that brews "Hakurakusei", "Atago no Matsu", and other brands that I like!
It has a moist and fresh sweetness, and a vivid crispness in the aftertaste.
It's delicious!

They have 7 kinds of cute bears.
This sake is brewed with "JSA No.7 Yeast" and locally grown "Miyamanishiki" and "Hitogochi".
It has a little sourness, but it has a good balance with sweetness.
The flavor is more pronounced as it comes back to room temperature than right out of the refrigerator.
It will go well with oily dishes!

I've been wanting to drink this but haven't been able to get around to it every year ⛄ snowball
The impression is light for a nigori sake.
It has a good acidity and a gassy dryness that makes it a good food sake.
