Originally, this Junmai Daiginjo sake was to be carried on JAL international flights in business class during the year of the 2020 Olympics, and was to be introduced to people around the world.
Now that flights are no longer possible due to the effects of the new coronavirus, they have decided to sell the sake in order to introduce it to everyone.
On the third day after opening the bottle, it was sweet and delicious.
The bitterness is low, and the sourness is about the same as a sweet treat.
Not much semedyne smell.
