I happened to have a bottle for each of us at the end of last year, so I bought one!
Fruit aroma like a white peach
The smell of ethyl acetate is a little stronger than I expected.
But for me, it's totally fine.
It's a little gassy, but it's delicious!

I don't get to see much of this sake anymore because of my self-restraint in drinking outside.
