I chose the hiyayoroshi (hiya-rock sake) from the list! I chose Hiyayogoroshi, which I had a little while ago.
The fact that it is distributed only in Kagawa Prefecture gives it a special feeling that makes me happy.
The aroma is mild and not particularly showy.
The smooth and mellow texture on the tongue is pleasant. The soft umami of the rice spreads gradually, and I wonder if the taste has matured and lost its corners after passing through the summer.
Compared to Daiginjo, it is not flashy, but it has a rounded sharpness or a soft sharpness? 😆
It is good for drinking while savoring it gradually!
