I drank it for the first time in two years. It is truly a summer sake with a pear-like fruitiness at the moment of drinking and a refreshing acidity at the end. This is the sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp. I enjoyed it again this year!
It is a refreshing drink with a sour taste and a sense of schwarziness! It has a bit of an alcoholic taste at first, but as you drink it, it becomes addictive and you can't stop.
It doesn't have much mellowness, but when you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little bit schwarziness, sourness, and pear. The aftertaste is refreshing. It is a sake that I would like to say is perfect for summer!
