I just happened to get it!
With its melon-like flavor and soft sourness, it reaffirmed that I still like Shinsei.
The sourness is quite strong, which makes it easier to drink. I think I'm going to run out soon.
The brewed sake was good, so I bought the Junmai Ginjo this time.
Even so, it's less than 2,000 yen for a 4-pack, so it's very cosy.
When I first opened the bottle, I thought the aroma was a bit quirky, but it soon settled down to an elegant fragrance. The taste is refreshing, so it's easier to drink than brewed sake. However, the taste is a matter of taste and both are good.
I heard they also have raw sake, so if you see it, buy it!
The fruity aroma made it easy to drink at first, but it was surprisingly thick. It's pretty good and cheap. This is the most expensive beer I've ever drunk. The drawback is that it's hard to get one in the neighborhood.
Next time I'll try the Junmai-shu.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of fruity stuff lately, but the aroma and taste is a bit lacking.
The jacket is different, but it tastes like an orthodox sake.
This is one of several sour sakes served at the shop. I lost the photo, but it is a yellow label.
It has such a strong sour taste that I want to call it vinegar. I was told by the shop owner that there are different likes and dislikes, but I like it. But I can't drink a lot at a time.
