I received this as a gift from my father on a trip to Tochigi.
It was refreshing and easy to drink, but the sweetness (bitterness?) of the rice came through in the aftertaste. It is easy to drink and refreshing, but the sweetness (bitterness?) of the rice is well conveyed in the aftertaste.

I finally drank a bottle of "Ippoumami" that I bought at a liquor store in Fukushima last month.
