I got this as a birthday present. I feel it's a Miyagi sake. It's austere and heavy. I think it's only for sashimi. Great with sashimi. Other than that, I think it has too much personality. Still, it's delicious!

Fukushima, the Sake Capital of Japan, is Proud of its Famous Sake Instruments This is the fifth time I've been stuck in the swamp of Fukushima sake for a while now, but this time I think I'm even more hooked! The aroma and taste are all like yogurt! It was so thick and thick that I thought there might be solid matter in it! This is now a juice! I would recommend it to beginners anyway! This is the best I've had in a long time! If it continues like this, I think it will be this year's number one! Masamune Takajo Sake The best 👍

For some reason, Houou Mida was incorrectly selected, so here is the update again I was torn between this and Yoshikawa, but I chose the one with sharpness. Sharaku is still stable! It still has the sharpness that is unique to Sharaku, while still maintaining its ginjo-style character! The spiciness that comes in the middle of the sake was also a wonderful accent! This is the third time I've had this sake, and it's still a classic! Already in the Hall of Fame! Is there any sake that goes so well with food? Excellent!

Elegant taste, quite calm. The name of the sake is "sakura" (cherry blossom), but it really tastes like cherry blossoms. Warm and gorgeous. The label says the sake has a clear, soft and mellow taste, and that is exactly what it is. Personally, I like it for light drinking.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Honkaku It was surprisingly delicious! The aroma and taste of grapes were just as mellow as the taste of grapes! Hououmida is very famous for its liqueur, but it may be the king of fruity sake! It was the best!

sake made without added alcohol or sugar Instrumental Junmai Sake I drank it to see what it would be like, but I was still impressed. The sake had the austerity of junmai sake without killing the quality of the instruments. The taste is more subdued than the other types of Musical Instruments, but you can drink it all the time without getting tired of it! It was delicious!

first lighting (e.g. furnace) Sharaku with a touch of sharpness. The softness in the mouth is still there. It is typical of Fukushima sake. The spiciness is not too strong. Fukushima sake is the best for my palate. #Fukushima is a sake paradise!

Akitsu Yamadanishiki experimental brewing Interesting with some carbonation. Ginjo aroma, fruity Jungin flavor, but also a heavy weight, quite massive. The depth of body is tremendous! The spiciness also lingers gently in the mouth. It goes very well with strongly seasoned dishes. It was sold as a set with HIROKI If you want a light drink, go for Tobiroki. Sawaya Matsumoto if you want to have a strong, strong evening drink. It was a well-made set.

Degree of alcohol content: 15 Rice polishing ratio: 50 Grapefruit-like aroma and flavor, with a gorgeous entry that is characteristic of Junmai Daiginjo, and a bitter and juicy aftertaste. It was the most delicious! It's as good as Kuheiji, Sharaku, and Gakki 😊👍. I think I'm going to be addicted to this one!

Special Junmai Rice used: Hanabukiyuki Rice polishing ratio: 55 Strength: 15 This is a brand that I was hooked on last year after drinking it lightly at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub). This time, I found it on sale at a famous sake store and bought it. As I thought, this is one of the best tasting! The most notable thing is its smoothness. There is nothing rough about it, and it goes in surprisingly smoothly, with a wonderful sense of transparency. I have never had such a fruity and beautiful sake so far! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a fruity sake that goes down smoothly. It was really delicious!

13% alcohol by volume Rice used: Yumeko Rice polishing ratio: 60 The instrument is still delicious! This session series is the best instrumental wine I have ever had! As the description of the sake says, it has a sharpness too! It was a wonderful sake!

Kubota after a long time Or rather, it's almost the first time for me (I've only had one sip before). I heard that it is a representative of the dry Danrei style. When I drank it on the first day, I thought it was a bit stale, but that's where the fun part of sake begins. After a few days, I tried it again and found it to be dry and light, just the way I like it. It tasted so good that I finished it in no time! Rather than enhancing the flavor of the food, it doesn't interfere with it at all. I've heard that Hokuriku sake is mostly dry and light, so I'd like to try other brands again.

Original egg liquor Liqueur There are pros and cons, but the taste is endless depending on the arrangement. The basic ratio is 8:2 with water and ice. It's a little less like sake, but just right. The base is thick and creamy. In this season, you can mix it with strawberries.

Zao Junmai Sake Freshly Squeezed Original Sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content:17 I drank this with my parents' family. Unfortunately, it was not well received by my family. I loved it more than anything! It's neither spicy nor sweet, but it has a perfect position. It is smooth and pleasant to drink. I don't feel the fruity taste of modern sake, but I think it plays a supporting role that complements the meal more than anything else. I can drink this any time of the day. I loved it!
