Hiro Takahashi
Kubota after a long time
Or rather, it's almost the first time for me (I've only had one sip before).
I heard that it is a representative of the dry Danrei style.
When I drank it on the first day, I thought it was a bit stale, but that's where the fun part of sake begins.
After a few days, I tried it again and found it to be dry and light, just the way I like it.
It tasted so good that I finished it in no time!
Rather than enhancing the flavor of the food, it doesn't interfere with it at all.
I've heard that Hokuriku sake is mostly dry and light, so I'd like to try other brands again.
