For some reason, Houou Mida was incorrectly selected, so here is the update again
I was torn between this and Yoshikawa, but I chose the one with sharpness.
Sharaku is still stable!
It still has the sharpness that is unique to Sharaku, while still maintaining its ginjo-style character!
The spiciness that comes in the middle of the sake was also a wonderful accent!
This is the third time I've had this sake, and it's still a classic!
Already in the Hall of Fame!
Is there any sake that goes so well with food?
