Nagano Sake 🍶. Clear and fruity. As soon as I put it in my mouth, it had a characteristic taste. Melon? It tasted smoky, a little different from melon? It was delicious. It was the night I reconfirmed that I like the fruity taste of junmai ginjo.

Shichiken on the way back from Yamanashi It smells like rice with a hint of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it feels very smooth. When you put it down your throat, the rice flavor comes through and it's really delicious. It took away all the fatigue of mountain climbing 😊.

It is a sake that leaves a sweet taste like rice malt when it rolls on the palate or when it goes down the throat. It was not a good sake for me as I like clean fruity sake. Another good find 👀. But I ended up drinking a lot of it because it went well with the snacks lol.

I went to Fukushima for a day trip and found this at a local liquor store. This is a great sake! If you like fruity sake, you must try this. It smells and tastes like melon. It's easy to drink with just a hint of sourness? And maybe a touch of gas? It was so good that when I noticed it, it was all gone! LOL! Also, the label is cool.

Since we came to camp in GW, we chose "Wind Forest" that would suit our camping 🍃. In a word, "easy to drink!" It has a very fresh, juicy, fruity and fresh feeling. It tastes just the way I like it. It was a great sake, dry and delicate but with a strong umami flavor 🍶. Thank you for a wonderful GW! Hall of Fame

Second bottle of Sentori since March. Sentori is still in the Hall of Fame 👑. Very easy to drink, refreshing and fresh sparkling sake 🍶. I finished the whole bottle in no time. I will buy it again!
