Sweet and sour at first.
Similar to the Hinotori from Shinsei the other day.
Not much alcohol.
Slightly carbonated
It's easy to drink because it's only 13 degrees.
The last one I wanted to drink by going back to my roots. It has a slightly mellow and mellow mouthfeel, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and a clean finish.
I would like to try other brands next time, as they seem to be limited to restaurants.
The third glass was a change of pace, starting with a clean, dry sake. It is easy to drink and tastes great with seafood. I wish I had a picture of the bottle.
For my second glass, I chose Shinmasa, my first time drinking one of the Adult's Day service drinks. The aroma of hakusaku and the citrus-like acidity as shown on the bottle stood out. I have never tasted such an acidic sake before. I am glad I was able to drink it at the right time.
This is my first time drinking Houou Mita. It seems to be the driest brand among them.
It has a well-balanced taste that strikes me as being right in the middle of the range 🎵It has a nice, clean sweet taste. The acidity in the aftertaste is also nice.
Good evening kanikani😃.
Congratulations on your first Bida at ㊗️ 🎉!
I think the expression "light sweet" might be the best way to describe Mita's dry sake 🤗There are many other delicious Tochigi sake 😋 Please try them all 👋.
