The aroma is beautifully vinegary (banana and rummy).
The gasiness is strong!
It's a sake that has been sitting for 6 months, but it's quite sweet! It's like a 🤩 cider type of clear sweetness occupies the mouth, and then acidity & bitterness finish it off in the middle! 😍
I could feel the sweetness more firmly than right after it came out! I still love orizake. ❤️
