Aroma is vinegar iso as usual + a little stronger alcohol.
The aroma is a little stronger than usual, with a little less sweetness and more acidity than the usual Romanshu series! It has a good balance of lightness and flavor, just like a summer sake.
The sharpness afterwards is also quite good! It has a good balance 😊.
I don't buy many summer sake, but this one is stable 💁.
