Couldn't wait for the weekend to open the package. Rumney-like aroma. Refreshingly light and refreshing. It has a sourness, but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice. The sweetness is not sticky and disappears quickly. It tastes just like spring. No sense of alcohol. I paired it with salmon baked in foil and strawberries. The strawberries are especially good with the salmon.
