Recommended ✨.
Hirano Sake, which was prized in the early Edo period
The owner of the store said it was reprinted in 1993.
They recommend freezing it and drinking it.
We had it immediately as a Mizore sake ❄️.
It has a gorgeous aroma.
It's refreshing and easy to drink.
I think it's the perfect drink for hot summer.
You can taste a little bitterness when you drink it at room temperature😃

瓶内二次発酵ということもあり
シュワシュワとスパークリングな感じです。
スッキリしていて甘みもありながら
炭酸のせいかピリッとした辛味も感じます。
白桃酵母を使用しているため、
フルーティーな味もあります🍷
さっぱりしているので
どんな料理にも合わせやすいと思います。
