You can feel the aroma of rice, and from the first touch, you can feel the crispness, clean taste and acidity. It is different from fruity sake. But it is delicious. If you like fruity sake, it is good for the last drink. It goes well with chilled tofu and grilled fish with fatty meat. When exposed to the air, it has a melon-like sweetness that makes it twice as delicious.
