It was sweet and highly carbonated like a sparkling wine! And just the right amount of alcohol? It was an interesting sake!
The others are Kyo Hina Junmai Ginjo Ehime Sakurahime Yeast and Yamatan Masamune Hana Obi.
All had a fruity aroma. Ishizuchi and Hana-bi were delicious with a refreshing sweetness.
