Sawaya-Matsumoto Moribashiri was unexpectedly stored for two years. Perhaps the temperature in the storage place was just right, but the wine has matured beautifully, retaining its freshness while adding richness. It is delicious!

Junmai Ginjyo Aged Genshu by Teisho. You will notice the taste in the first sip, and even if you don't like it, you will find yourself mysteriously curious about it. The more you drink, the more addictive it becomes.

Hanagaki's Umeshu, a gift from Hanagaki. Harmony of water, rice, and plums! It tastes more like plum sake or plum sake. It was a delicious and enjoyable sake to savor sipping.

It was not only refreshing and fruity, but it was empty in the blink of an eye. Just the fact that it is called "the brewer's secret sake" makes it taste twice as good. In fact, it is delicious.

Bonito Tataki and Drunken Whale. This combination makes it taste three times better. Drunken Whale has a very different face with Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. It was delicious.
