They serve it in the Hokuriku Shinkansen's Grand Class.
Fukui has many delicious foods such as Echizen crab, Kutouryu, and rice.
But I still like Sengoku the best.

From a human cognitive point of view, that would probably not be the case.
I think the name value of "Jyushiyo" and the public value of "Jyushiyo" contribute to its deliciousness, and that is a fact, nothing more and nothing less.
