Fourteenth Generation. Mm, perfectly delicious.
Is this blindfolded, and does this taste good even if you drink it without being informed of the Jyushiyo?
From a human cognitive point of view, that would probably not be the case.
I think the name value of "Jyushiyo" and the public value of "Jyushiyo" contribute to its deliciousness, and that is a fact, nothing more and nothing less.
It was just delicious.

Gekkeikan, purchased at the Okura Memorial Hall in Fushimi, Kyoto.
Mmmm, the aroma is sake-like.
Taste is just barely sake-like.
Non-alcoholic beer has evolved through fierce competition, so I have high expectations for non-alcoholic sake in the future!
