I can't find the brand name, but Himenoi calm was very tasty. It was the best, though, because it was effervescent, sweet, and aromatic.

Fourteenth Generation. Mm, perfectly delicious. Is this blindfolded, and does this taste good even if you drink it without being informed of the Jyushiyo? From a human cognitive point of view, that would probably not be the case. I think the name value of "Jyushiyo" and the public value of "Jyushiyo" contribute to its deliciousness, and that is a fact, nothing more and nothing less.

It was just delicious. And even though I'm in my mid-30s, I'm starting to feel the damage alcohol does to my body, so these days I have 1-2 drinks for celebrations. The rest of the days I don't drink.

First non-alcoholic sake. Gekkeikan, purchased at the Okura Memorial Hall in Fushimi, Kyoto. Mmmm, the aroma is sake-like. Taste is just barely sake-like. Non-alcoholic beer has evolved through fierce competition, so I have high expectations for non-alcoholic sake in the future!
