Maybe it's just my taste, but the carbonation is too strong and seems to neutralize the goodness of the sake a bit. The Koei Kiku itself is very tasty, so I think I'll wait until the carbonation runs out lol.

It's really an amazing sake. On a personal level, it tastes like Jyushiyo or Tenbi. It is delicious.
Also, I think the junmai sake is better than this junmai ginjo. But this is amazing.
