At Craft Sake Week.
Is this the power of Aizan, or what? The smell is mild, but the taste is clean and refreshing and doesn't seem to tire you out. Sake that goes well with meals. I like it a lot.
I was crazy about this one. The aroma is extremely fruity, but the aftertaste is refreshing, and there is no bitterness, so it was a waste of time to taste it.
It was quite rice-carved, and while there seemed to be no bitterness or complexity, it was not very easy to get into. I felt that there was no bitterness or complexity, but on the other hand, it was hard to get into the taste buds. Personally, I think it would be better without grinding the rice a little more...or maybe it's a matter of taste?
It goes in easily and without any odor! I was not tired of drinking it, and when I noticed it, I finished it in a day...! Lactic acid bacteria? Aroma like lactic acid bacteria.
Hmmm. There seems to be a fairly strong bitterness in the aftertaste, although there is a sense of effervescence. Taste is quite clear. I would like to try other Wind Forest.
Amazing. So this is sake...and the carbonation is so great that it overflows. This sake is like a sweet and delicious juice. It's so good, you'll wonder if it's really sake or not. It's so good! I finished it in one day.
