After the sake explosion the other day, I decided to empty and drink carbonated sake as soon as possible anyway. (Even if it is not fermented in the bottle). This is a very tasty and refreshing sake with a strong carbonation. I really like the taste and can drink it in large gulps. It's so good!

Very good to drink! It's sweet and a good entry point to sake. However, the fluffy aftertaste, or rather, the smell that spreads in the back of the nose, may be a bit of a turn-off!

This is too much white wine. White wine lovers rejoice. It is really amazing that a sake can have the feel of wine. I am impressed. It's been 3 days since I opened the bottle and it tastes even better! I'll be back for more!
