Souvenirs bought at Toyosu Senkaku Banrai Collaboration can of "Moyashimon The unique aroma that divides people's tastes (I like it, my wife rejects it) It tastes just like it says, mellow and delicious 😋. Thanks to Olizey & Serebicier for brewing it 😊. I would like to drink it warmed up in winter 🍶.

Souvenirs from a trip to Chiba I bought this one instead of Ocean because it is only sold in Chiba Prefecture. It has a pear-like aroma, a moderate sweetness and gasiness in the mouth, and a citrus-like acidity with a refreshing aftertaste. It is a sake that you should be careful not to drink too much ⚠️

I bought Nanbu Bijin wearing a UNIQLO Sake Brewery collaboration T-shirt of Nanbu Bijin! I'm no longer a guessing game 😆. Drink it cold! It has a soft and subdued apple-like ginjo aroma, a moderate rice sweetness on the palate, and just a touch of acidity, which cuts off nicely, so don't drink too much. It seems to be a good match with Japanese food with a strong dashi broth. It is delicious both as a mealtime sake and on its own. I'd say in the winter time, it's a special junmai heated sake, and after spring, a junmai ginjo cold or chilled sake. Both special junmai and junmai ginjo will be in the Hall of Fame!

Sweet and sour fruit aroma right after opening the bottle. The sweetness is felt at first, but soon after, there is a hint of sourness and a slight bitterness. It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. It is good to savor it by itself.
